How voters enter:
Re: Mechanism of the show, Vote lines will open on Sundays, as of February 19 during the show on CVM (Sundays 7pm) and close weekly on Saturdays at 12 noon for elimination shows (February 19 - March 17). For studio shows (March 25 -May 27), vote lines will open from Sundays 7pm to Fridays at 12 noon, except during the final week when vote lines will close Sunday May 27, thirty minutes before the close of show. Final draw will be done live during the show.
Conditions:
The cost to vote by text or call is $25.
Voters can call or text.
Voters will be asked to call 444-4280 and select the number of the dance group they wish to vote for (eg. Press 1 for Unlimited Dancers). The instruction will then inform the name of the group selected, then prompt voters to press “1” if correct, or “2” if incorrect. For text simply insert the number of the dance group and send text to 444-4280.
Method of selection:
Votes will be tallied electronically by LIME, our sponsor on Saturdays after 12 noon (Elimination Shows) and Fridays for studio shows. The system which will be used by LIME is Ogangi. This platform will allow for votes/text from any network. The top three voters weekly will be rewarded as well as the highest voter of the season.
Should there be a tie in votes for either top or second highest vote, there will be a random manual selection between those involved to determine the sole potential winner.
Method of notification:
Potential winners will be called at least 10 times, over a period of one day, after the tallying of votes. If no response, we will contact the next voter in a descending order.
Potential winners of prizes will be asked “What is the name of the competition?” The correct answer (Dancin’ Dynamites) must be given before prize is allotted. If answer is incorrect, the next voter in descending order will be called. This is the Skill Element.
Winners will have 5 working days in which to claim prizes after notification.
Unclaimed prizes will be retained by Jenny Jenny Productions.
Winners will present valid IDs to collect prizes (Passport, Drivers’ License, National ID).
Should you win the top prize from the Wyndham Hotel to Orlando, USA it is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Winners must secure all travel documents on their own. In addition, please see the following conditions:
The prize certificate is subject to space availability, therefore, reservations must be made thirty(30) days in advance of the time you intend to ise the certificate. The certificate is not valid for blackout dates.
Please ensure that you take the original certificate.
The prize certificate is valid until May 2013.
